CLAREITI

Your privacy

Clareiti keeps the information needed to plan, save and share your trips.

Clareiti is operated by Real Contracting Ltd. This notice describes the 0.7 private testing release. The operating contact and retention settings must be completed before public launch.

Information we keep

Your account identifier and email, saved itinerary details, planning conversations, preferences, written reviews and the sharing choices you make are stored to provide the service. Support requests, newsletter choices and limited operational records are also stored when you use those features. Avoid including information about other people that is not necessary for the trip.

What stays out

Do not enter identity documents or numbers, payment-card details, banking credentials or passwords. Clareiti does not provide an identity-document vault or accept new document uploads. New photos selected for a share card are processed temporarily on your device, outside account sync. Images you save or send are handled by your device and chosen destination app.

Earlier versions allowed stored attachments. Those existing records are preserved for recovery until you explicitly remove them or the account deletion process covers them. Restricting new uploads does not retroactively erase existing files and backups.

Sharing and administrative access

Trips are private unless you grant access. The sharing controls explain what another person can see or edit. A downloaded card or screenshot cannot be recalled by changing a permission.

Authorised administrators may access relevant content to handle a support request, investigate a reported or credible security or abuse concern, or meet a legal requirement. Access is restricted and recorded with a reason. This service is not end-to-end encrypted.

Sign-in and service providers

Clareiti uses Supabase for account authentication and saved data, Cloudflare for website and service hosting and AI processing, and Resend for configured email delivery. Only configured sign-in providers are offered. Google and Apple handle their own credentials when enabled. Email sign-in uses a one-time code; Clareiti does not ask you to create a separate password.

When you ask Clare to plan, the trip details, preferences and messages needed for that request are processed by the configured AI service. Check your text before sending; do not include identity documents or account secrets. Data may be processed outside Canada. The project originally selected a US database region.

Retention and your choices

Use account settings to export available account data, request deletion, change newsletter preferences and sign out. Device copies are separate; choose to remove them when signing out if the device is shared. Keep a personal export before removing your only copy.

Saved trips and recent revisions are kept while your account is active. Deletion requests may need review when another person has contributed to a shared trip. The request status is shown rather than claiming immediate deletion. Limited security, consent and legally required records may need to be retained. Backup copies expire according to the operator’s configured backup schedule; they are not necessarily erased immediately.

Newsletters and contact

Marketing subscription is optional and separate from account emails. You can unsubscribe in account settings or through an unsubscribe link. To make a privacy request, use Help & support.
